facilitates the research of a baker
Among the many uses of the GUS home culture tray, we are interested in that of the baker Paul Rochet in Viuz-la-Chiesaz near Annecy.
In his “Fournil des Eparis”, named after a nearby creek, this craftsman makes natural leavened breads with peasant flour, according to ancestral methods since the first breads appeared more than 6000 years ago!
The flour and cereals are Bio AB, the water is purified and the salt of Guérande unrefined comes to supplement these learned peasant recipes to produce and cook the best breads of the Region.
Paul Rochet bought our GUS tank to test different natural wheat seeds and anticipate future changes in agricultural production due to global warming.
“This rapid ultrasound culture system will save me time on my various trials of wheat growing, it is a boon to me because time is of the essence to prepare the future of cereal crops in the best conditions. I will do my tests with GUS, then after the flowering I will plant in the Earth” says this son of peasant passionate about his craft baker.

GUS in EXPOGROW !
GUS participated in EXPOGROW exhibition in Irun located at the French-Spanish border, near Hendaye in the Basque Country.
Delphine, Gérard and Gaby welcomed many visitors, who came to learn about GUS.
Sales have been achieved, as well as firm orders and distribution projects in France and abroad are now in the implementation phase.
